JOB OVERVIEW:
The Operations Specialist, Dental Schools is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities supporting U.S. dental school accounts. This role will focus on driving dental schools’ objectives (sales and profitability) in alignment with the dental school strategic plan while ensuring operational excellence and a high level of customer satisfaction. In partnership with the Sr. Operations Manager, this role participates in maintaining key operational functions including onboarding, bid processes, contract renewals, pricing management, and dental school kit and patient pack purchases.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partners with Implementation team to ensure successful onboarding of dental school customers including accurate sales plan attachment, accurate pricing setup, licensure validation, and contract eligibility alignment.
