Job Overview
The Operations Specialist is responsible for executing payment-related tasks that will support various internal and external operational groups. The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities include posting and investigating payments in an accurate and timely manner, maintaining relationships with external partners, and contributing to Enercare's success by meeting business objectives, improving performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of operating practices and procedures to reduce risk and increase operational effectiveness.
