Job Description
Duties And Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to daily shipping and transportation operations.
Prepare, review, and process shipping documents such as delivery orders, trip tickets, invoices, and related paperwork.
Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment execution.
Update shipment schedules, delivery status, and operational records in real time.
Communicate with drivers, couriers, and internal teams regarding shipment details and documentation requirements.
Monitor shipping activities and report delays, discrepancies, or issues to the Operations Supervisor.
Maintain organized and accurate records of shipping transactions and operational reports.
Assist in tracking in-transit shipments and ensuring proof of delivery is properly documented.
Support compliance with company SOPs, safety policies, and shipping regulations.
