In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing operational activities at job sites, providing shift communication, and conducting toolbox meetings. You'll also maintain records, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with safety standards while promoting a culture of excellence and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise operational and inspection activities on site
• Conduct toolbox meetings and Field Level Risk Assessments
• Maintain accurate logs and safety documentation
• Address operational issues and complaints promptly
• Perform field inspections for safety compliance
