Our Editorial team consists of 90+ members and is responsible for creating our Partners’ menus (restaurants, cafés, shops, etc) in our platform, updating product details and prices, creating platform offers, supporting our Partners through calls & live chat, and updating all related info (delivery maps, contact details, etc).
We are currently in search of a Supervisor to take charge of daily operations. With a team of 7 Team Leaders under your guidance, you'll ensure swift problem resolution, uphold professionalism, and enhance our Partners' experience.
