We are seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse/operations activities, lead a team of hourly associates, and ensure safe, efficient, and accurate workflow execution in a fast-paced logistics environment.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Supervise daily warehouse or operational activities and ensure smooth workflow
+ Lead, coach, and support a team of hourly employees (up to 25 associates)
+ Monitor productivity, schedules, and daily output to meet operational goals
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards, SWIs, and quality procedures
+ Track KPIs, labor performance, and production metrics
+ Support inventory control, cycle counts, and material movement
+ Coordinate inbound/outbound flow of materials and warehouse processes
