Collaboration with Human Resources and Maintenance will be crucial for supporting day-to-day operations and conducting performance evaluations for staff. This position requires flexibility and availability for emergencies, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations and logistics for transportation
• Monitor staff performance through site evaluations
• Execute training in coordination with health & safety
• Maintain organization of schedules and coverage plans
• Handle monthly reporting and payroll processes
