Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain

Core Duties include leading warehouse operations, ensuring safety, and maintaining high service standards.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard‑free work environment.
• Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.
• Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.
• Supervise warehouse traffic, van audits and ensure safe vehicle movements.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Respond to emergencies as required.
• Cleaning and general housekeeping.

Operations and Logistics

• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching and inventory management.
