Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
• Coordinate the operations team by establishing procurement, production, and engineering services policies and practices.
• Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
• Leverage industry practices and apply them to internal systems and processes.
• Provide supervision and direction to subordinate staff, coordinate workflow within the major work unit, including distributing work, disseminating information, assigning staff to cover for absences, and resolving problems.
• Supervise the development and implementation of training programs within the work unit.
