We automate anything that happenstwice.The roleIf a process repeats, your job is to automate it.You'll own the systems behind our internal operations, sales, onboarding, and executive support — from the SaaS stack to the Zoho ecosystem to the automations that tie them together. You'll be expected to take a business problem, design a solution, ship it, and keep it running without hand-holding.What you'll ownBusiness systems & administration- Manage user access, permissions, and subscriptions across our SaaS stack.- Provision and deprovision accounts cleanly, with security and auditability in mind.- Keep the environment organized, documented, and ready to scale.Zoho architecture- Design and maintain our Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, Analytics, and adjacent apps).- Build systems that match how the business actually works...
