We are at Teleperformance hiring for Team leader-operation.
Responsibilities
- Must handle Attrition, shrinkage, Aht , and CSAT of the team in a BPO
- Must have inbound experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience is required in BPO.
- Manage daily operations of the team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Pay range and compensation package: Upto 4.5 lpa
