Responsibilities:
- Minimum 6 months of experience required as a Team leader in BPO in a collection process.
- Must have knowledge of team leader metrics, Attrition, shrinkage.
Qualifications: Graduation is mandatory
Required Skills
- Need Dialer experience.
- DRA certification is a plus
Pay range and compensation package: Upto 4.8 LPA
