• Oversee factory’s Copra Crushing/Refining Operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies for technical operations, including systems, infrastructure, and process improvements.
• Lead cross functional teams in Technical, Engineering and Maintenance.
• Review daily plant production and promptly elevate any issues or irregularities to the Factory Manager for immediate action.
