The BMS Operator is responsible for monitoring and controlling the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of HVAC lighting power systems fire alarms and other mechanical and electrical equipment. The operator will respond to alarms perform system checks and assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
