Summary: Based in Andover, MA the HIP Operator will perform essential job functions associated with heat treatment under the direction of the Operations Supervisor to meet customer specifications including assisting other employees as needed. The HIP Operator operates the equipment in the Control Room, including starting the units, monitoring the units and sampling the gas used during the cycles and filling out the paperwork that goes to the end customer.
