Job Description
For Nike FY26 Operations, the approved headcount is 143 based on GMP maximum volume. Currently have 108 employees, resulting in a shortfall of 35 positions (30 ground staff).
Since
October 2025, they have engaged outsourced workers to cover the gap. However, high turnover, MIA cases, and inconsistent agency supply have prevented headcount stabilisation, posing a risk to meeting the customer’s Q3 and Q4 sales targets.
