Operator Manager

Job Description :

• Team maintenance and training for the Vietnamese operators.We have BPO team in HCMC and Da Nang, you maintain the team productivity
• Train the BPO operators to use our original Cloud-basis data entry system.
• Report it to Japanese boss in Tokyo, via Skype, Chat and mail.

Required
• N2 Level (Fluent communication skill)
• Bachelor
• Basic IT skill (MS Office)
• Quick learner about new skill like how to use a new software.
