What are you going to do

As an Operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly. You keep the machines working, fix small problems, and share ideas to improve production. With your technical skills and hands-on approach, you help deliver high-quality products.



Your main tasks:

Perform quality checks

Monitor the production process and suggest improvements

Keep your work area clean and safe

Fix small machine problems and keep production running

Do physical work, including lifting up to 20 kg

You will work in a two-shift system, where no two days are the same and teamwork is very important!
