- Starting Base Salary : Over $400,000 with consistent annual increases (long-term earning potential approaching $500,000 )
- Total Bonus/Incentive Package : Up to $470,000 - $220,000 sign-on bonus - Up to $250,000 housing assistance (employer pays all interest for 10 years)
