Job Description
Location: Remote work within European Union (EU Citizens / Must have a valid work permit)
Hiring Type: Freelance / B2B
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the area of Enterprise monitoring, Event Management, Infrastructure Discovery, Automation, Configuration Management and Integration with ITOM solutions
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in OpsRamp design, implementation and integration with 3rd party solutions
- Collects, generates, or helps refine high level requirements / use cases and creates implementation strategy, acceptance criteria (with input from the customer)
- Work with different engineering teams across the organization in order to determine scope for monitoring & event management solution designs and provide implementation roadmap
- Experience in monitoring database systems, Understand and manage systems upgrade path, scaling and automate routine tasks.
