Responsibilities
The Optical Engineer intern’s responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:
Characterize high-speed optical transceiversCharacterize optical component (Lens, Isolator, Fiber Array) and sub-assemblies (TOSA/ROSA)Set up R&D Test stations and execute automation in test stations.Write testing script in Phyton/Visual Basic/LabviewExecute debugging on test stations and modulesExecute Design Verification Tests. Write technical reportsInteract with internal design engineers in US and overseasMinimum Qualifications
Qualified candidates will be enrolled in Master’s degree program in Optical-electronic Engineering, Physics or equivalent education.Academic master student in the second year, intern time from Mar to Sep in 2026Desired Qualifications
