A Day in Your Life at MKS:
We are looking for an Optics Cleaner who will be responsible for handling, cleaning and inspecting various substrate materials, checking surfaces to be free of particles using high intensity light illumination and microscope inspection. Loading substrates into fixturing prior to coating mirrors, lens, prisms, crystals windows.
You Will Make an Impact By:
+ Review prints to check physical dimensions, checking cleaning and coating fixturing and following cleaning instruction’s / processes.
+ Load and unload precision substrates from cleaning and coating fixturing.
+ Inspection of optics pre and post coat.
+ Documentation record keeping, updating reports in database.
+ Maintain a 6S work environment.
+ Perform daily tasks inside a controlled environment using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Skills You Bring:
+ Motor skills and ability to hold small parts with provided tooling....
