4 resources required for Testing & Personalization work * Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals Experimentation delivery experience (Optimizely Web strongly preferred, Optimizely Feature is okay) SPA troubleshooting comfort (dynamic DOM, route-based activation) *Ability to read technical docs and work with existing APIs (Salesforce, Vertex AI, Optimizely, and other vendor/platform APIs) *Solid QA discipline and tracking/analytics awareness (GA4/GTM/dataLayer patterns) *Strong async communication in a ticketed workflow (Jira/Confluence), with proactive blocker management
