This consultant role comes with a 12-month contract at Insight Global, starting with part-time hours and evolving into full-time opportunities. Ideal candidates bring 7–9+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, focusing on Core HR and modules such as Absence and Recruitment while ensuring payroll processes are supported and integrated.
Key Responsibilities: • Configure and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams • Conduct fit-gap analysis in system setup • Test and troubleshoot system integrations • Provide production support for ongoing improvements
