We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions Developer who can design, develop, and support solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud as well as provide hands-on development support for Core HCM, Goal Management, Talent Management, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) related HCM processes. This candidate will need to translate functional HCM requirements into technical designs and working solutions as well as troubleshoot and resolve HCM application issues across modules.
Tasks will include:
+ Write and optimize PL/SQL queries and scripts to support Oracle HCM reporting, integrations, and data analysis.
+ Develop and maintain BI Reports / OTBI / BI Publisher artifacts as required.
+ Support and enhance Responsive Pages and Redwood Pages within Oracle HCM.
