Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Run Team

HR Path Group is a global HR consulting leader focused on HR transformation projects, including HRIS digitalisation. This role is part of the Cloud Service Center’s Run team, serving as a functional expert, lead, and coach for consultants and clients.

Your Missions

1. AMS – Support & Continuous Improvement
   • Handle L3 topics: analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, workaround definition and follow‑up until stabilization.
   • Drive service quality: SLAs, prioritization, KPIs, structured communication and risk management.
   • Organise and secure deployments: releases to production, fixes, regression testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.
   • Advise clients on adopting Oracle quarterly updates: impacts, trade‑offs and business value.
