Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Help Desk Configuration specialist to support a long-term contract opportunity in Reading, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on shaping and optimizing an Oracle HCM Help Desk environment that strengthens HR service delivery, improves case handling, and creates a more efficient support experience for employees.
