The skillset is Oracle mostly, but if they had any experience with SSIS or Oracle Apex that would be an advantage2-3+ years of enterprise experience SQL / PLSQL programming experienceGood working knowledge and hands-on development experience in Oracle databasesGood communication skillsStrong people and relationship skills
