What You’ll Do
- Oversee the order lifecycle, from order entry to fulfillment, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide support on complex orders, either processing directly or guiding other team members on best practices.
- Carefully review all submitted orders to confirm they include all necessary documentation and comply with all company policies.
- Conduct thorough audits of orders, comparing paperwork against system entries to identify discrepancies and proactively follow up on incomplete or inaccurate orders, ensuring any missing or corrected information is obtained before processing.
