Position Overview

The Order Processing & Logistic Specialist coordinates import and export shipments with 3PL, manages customs clearance, and supports global projects across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments.
• Collaborate with 3rd‑party vendors for customs clearance.
• Project coordination from factories in the UK, Beijing, Europe, and the U.S. to hospitals following project schedule.
• Provide support to the Asia Pacific region (ASEAN, AU/ANZ).
• Identify and implement logistic process improvements, including stock level calculations and optimal transportation routes.
