Role Overview
We are looking for a Quality Analyst with experience in End-to-End Order Management, including Order Booking & Order Creation, to drive quality excellence and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Perform Quality Control as per SQP
🔹 Ensure accurate, zero-error quality reporting with strong RCA insights
🔹 Participate in internal & external calibrations and PKTs
🔹 Conduct SOP audits, identify gaps, and ensure timely closure
🔹 Drive continuous improvement and zero-defect delivery
