About the role

This is a full-time Order Taker role at the INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' call centre in Fort Bonifacio Taguig City Metro Manila. As an Order Taker, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and orders, providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Answering incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner
2. Capturing customer orders accurately and efficiently
3. Providing product information and recommendations to customers
4. Resolving customer queries and issues in a courteous and helpful manner
5. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
