Outbound Encoder

Outbound Operations:

· Encode shipment details based on sales or transfer orders.

· Generate waybills, delivery receipts, and other necessary dispatch documents.

· Record and monitor dispatch status in the system.

General Duties:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics data in ORACLE, WMS or inventory systems.

· File and archive inbound/outbound documents systematically.

· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure data integrity.

· Report discrepancies or delays in encoding or shipments to immediate supervisor.

Carry out other tasks or instructions assigned by the immediate supervisor.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data encoding.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with inventory or logistics software is an advantage.

· Basic understanding of warehouse processes and logistics documents.
