Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Manager to join the 3PL Control
Tower. This role drives execution performance and cost reduction across the 3P
fulfillment network by governing outbound and transfer-out flows, improving
throughput, and eliminating defects through data-driven mechanisms. The Outbound
Manager will own end-to-end outbound process performance and productivity
improvement plans across our 3P fulfillment centers in Brazil. This is a unique
opportunity to build from the ground up — shaping how 3P outbound operations are
managed and scaled in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key job responsibilities
Process Monitoring & Execution: Monitor outbound and transfer-out flows across
