AHF is seeking an Outreach Associate to support the Community Partnership Program Manager in building and maintaining partnerships. This role focuses on helping draft proposals, organizing outreach lists, following up with partners, and keeping communication clear and timely. It is a strong fit for someone who is organized, professional, and interested in community collaboration.
Requirements
- Support outreach efforts through emails, follow-ups, and scheduling
- Help draft partnership proposals and prepare meeting notes when needed
- Maintain organized contact lists and track outreach progress
- Support the preparation of materials that explain AHF programs and needs
- Assist with coordinating partnership activities and next steps
- Strong writing and organization skills
- Comfortable communicating with community organizations professionally
- Approximately 5 to 10 hours per week
