Position Summary

The Outside Sales Representative, Refrigeration will represent the company to assigned customers within their territory, collaborating with department members to respond to customer needs, aiming to increase sales and profits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and leverage the Master value proposition, based on knowledge of customer challenges and business objectives.
• Find, qualify and onboard new accounts through outbound prospecting.
• Provide product solutions for incoming inquiries.
• Review and evaluate plans and specifications.
• Cross‑reference parts or equipment based on requirements to meet customer needs.
• Assist with projects and work with mechanical contractors and engineers.
• Prepare quotations based on project plans/specifications and complete proposals.
