Job Description Job Description We are seeking an additional Owner's Rep to join our group! ***PLEASE NOTE: This position is based at our company headquarters, located in Downtown Chicago, IL*** Responsibilities: This individual will provide operational support to the General Manager and other Senior Team members in the following: * Assessing new acquisition opportunities * Estimate, bid, let, and manage construction/renovation projects from conception to completion * Define and maintain preventative maintenance programs for portfolio properties, both residential and commercial/industrial * Assist in identifying issues at assigned properties and developing effective solutions Experience and Qualifications: * Carpenter Foreman (or other journeyman tradesman) with proven leadership skills and an understanding of the need for a coordinated, collaborative effort among the trades * 10+ years of construction experience with 5+ years in supervisory roles * Comprehensive knowledge of b...
