Job Description
Taking care of all Transactions related with Import LC’sKeeping track of maturities and payment related to all Import LC Payments.Control all incoming swift and SFMS messages and ensure that all such messages were actioned properly and filled along with related reference number.Checking & approving all Import LC Related trade transactions like Import LC issuance , Acceptance , Amendment , Payment , Bill of entry Query settlementSupervising all other transactions related to Import LC and Bill of entryMonitoring all trade related trackers & registersMonitoring operations related Bill of entry Closure and QueriesKeeping record of ORM related to Imports and ensure correct issuance and dispatch of reminders as per current regulations and issue acknowledgements.Monitoring housekeeping of files and documents for Import.Close control for all pendency of trade transactions
