Key Responsibilities
+ Set up production equipment and perform pre-operational inspections.
+ Monitor equipment operation and ensure proper functioning throughout production.
+ Stop equipment and immediately report malfunctions, quality issues, food safety concerns, GMP violations, or process deviations.
+ Inspect finished products and packaging to ensure compliance with specifications.
+ Perform and document quality control testing (e.g., particle size, color, flavor, bulk density).
+ Adjust equipment as needed to maintain production standards and document all adjustments or repairs.
+ Replenish raw materials from inventory and return unused materials with proper traceability documentation.
+ Clean, sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble equipment according to established procedures.
