Packaging Development and Compliance Manager

About the Role

As Packaging Development & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing packaging compliance activities, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement across packaging materials, specifications, and processes. You will act as the central point of contact for packaging projects, ensuring regulatory requirements are met whilst balancing sustainability, commercial considerations, supply chain risk, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of sustainable and compliant packaging solutions across existing and new products.
• Ensure compliance with Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulations (PPWR), Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and Plastic Packaging Tax (PPT).
• Gather, maintain, and submit packaging compliance data accurately and on time.
• Work with Production teams to improve packaging efficiency, reduce waste, and optimise materials.
