Packaging Development Specialist - Pharma/Life Sciences

Total Experience - 5-8 Years

Location - Gurgaon

Education - Postgraduate degree (preferably Pharma, Life sciences)

• Postgraduate degree (preferably Pharma, Life sciences) with a specialization in Packaging Technology or a related field with 4-6 years of experience in the field.
• Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) and its application in packaging operations.
• Hands on experience in validating technical dossiers and specifications, sustainability related certifications including identification of required evidence to verify packaging components.
• Proven ability to drive innovation, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement in packaging solutions.
• Solid foundation in materials science, design principles, and project management, with the ability to apply these skills across packaging development activities.
