Packaging Machine Operator

•Technical/Vocational training or equivalent experience in machine operation.• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sachet packaging (water, juice, detergent, or other FMCG products preferred).
• Knowledge of machine mechanics and troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail with strong quality control focus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit to handle long shifts and repetitive tasks.
• Must reside in Taifa or its immediate environs.

Job Purpose:

To efficiently operate and maintain sachet packaging machines, ensuring smooth production flow, quality output, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
