We’re seeking a Packaging Supervisor to join our Packaging & Quality team in Kelowna. This role is suited for a proactive manufacturing professional ready to deepen leadership, take on people management responsibility, and expand operational skill set.

The opportunity for this teammate -

• Join a well-structured operation with clear standards, systems, and leadership support
• Lead a unionized team of approximately 20 teammates , alongside three experienced supervisors
• Build capability across people leadership, SOP development, and process standardization
