We are currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a busy Property Maintenance team delivering both planned and reactive maintenance works across a diverse portfolio of properties throughout Belfast.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking to secure a long-term role within a professional and supportive environment where quality workmanship, customer service, and health and safety are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of painting and decorating works to a high standard.
- Prepare surfaces for decoration, including filling, sanding, stripping, wallpaper removal, and minor repairs.
