+ Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming) to ensure smooth, high-quality finishes.
+ Assist with painting tasks using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
+ Support paint prep work such as masking, patching, and minor repairs.
+ Learn to mix and match colors to meet project needs.
+ Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
+ Follow all safety guidelines while working with materials and equipment.
+ Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time.
