Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of agreements for execution by IBHK and its clients;Filing of documents and organising files/records;Conducting legal research;Assisting with investigating disputes and regulatory investigations;Preparing written reports;Maintaining legal/case files (for example, maintaining a register of legal contract amendments); Assisting with drafting documents;Managing administrative dialog with internal stakeholders and external counsel;invoice management; and,Ad hoc tasks include collecting/collating documents from IBHK’s internal record systems and supporting special/ad-hoc projects.
