Job Description
You'll have the opportunity to work across various practice areas, with a primary focus on Corporate M&A. Responsibilities include drafting standard legal documents for client requests, managing documentation across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating signature and legalization processes, overseeing Data Room management, liaising with service providers, translating legal documents, organizing client documentation, coordinating with banks, utilizing IT tools, maintaining structure charts and follow-up tables, and handling ad hoc assignments.
