Transform lives through violence interruption as a Part-Time E-Mediator with TNG, located in the Greater Toronto Area. Participate in social media initiatives to identify and de-escalate online violence.
TNG is seeking two E-Mediators in the Children & Youth Services department. This role focuses on managing online violence, tracking trends, and supporting vulnerable youth through specialized training. You will engage with social media platforms to monitor abusive content and conduct community workshops aimed at prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete mandatory E-Vibe training successfully
• De-escalate instances of online violence and threats
• Identify emotional vulnerabilities and bullying dynamics
• Track emerging trends in online violence tactics
