Job Summary
We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Encoders to support our Operations Department. The role involves accurate data entry, record updating, and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Encode data accurately into company systems and spreadsheets
- Update and maintain records, files, and databases
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Assist in organizing documents (physical and digital)
- Coordinate with Admin, Accounting, or Logistics as needed
- Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
