As a Fit4Less Host, you will provide friendly customer and membership assistance while ensuring a clean and welcoming fitness space. Engage with members, promote amenities, and complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain high standards. Your efforts will contribute to a positive atmosphere that encourages health and fitness for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the gym
• Offer support and information to members and guests
• Promote Fit4Less memberships and amenities
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
• Report any issues to management for swift resolution
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• One year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
